Is Resch licensed?
Yes, all technical staff are qualified technicians that also hold appropriate electrical licenses. They are also highly experienced with head technician Geoff Kinzett having 40 years of experience. He has worked on a very broad range of consumer and industrial electrical and electronic equipment.
Does Resch Electronics charge a quote fee on out of warranty repairs?
Yes. The fee varies with the type of product but in all cases is deducted from the quoted price of repair if the product is repaired. In affect the quote fee acts as a deposit against the total cost of repair if the product is repaired. If the product is NOT repaired for whatever reason the quote fee is retained by Resch Electronics to cover some of the fault finding time and costs. This quote fee varies with the complexity of equipment, please get in touch for further details.
What kinds of plumbing test gear does Resch service?
We repair all sorts of snake type products, acoustic leak testing gear etc from brands such as Ridgid, Pearpoint, Seca, Sewerquip and Sewerin.
What is the warranty on repairs at Resch Electronics?
The warranty on repairs varies with the kind of product but the minimum warranty on repairs is 90 days parts and labour. Although it is our expectation that repairs will last for a very long time so if you have an issue we would love to hear from you.
Does Resch repair plumbing diagnostic gear from brands other than Ridgid?
Yes. Although only out of warranty. Brands such as Pearpoint, Seca, Sewerquip and Sewerin are repaired by us at Resch Electronics, Gold Coast. Although we also repair these products for plumbers based in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
Does Resch Electronics repair Coffee Machines that are out of warranty?
Yes, absolutely! BUT only the brands that we also repair under warranty. This is due to the ready availability of parts and technical support available from our key brands. These brands are listed at the bottom of each web page.
Does Resch Electronics repair industrial electronics?
Yes in the case of quite a broad range of plumbing diagnostics equipment. Resch unfortunately does not repair battery chargers, solar panel chargers/controllers, UPS’s, welders etc.
Does Resch repair toasters, blenders, mixers etc?
If it is one of our under warranty brands, AND it still under manufacturer’s guarantee, then yes! The brands we repair under warranty and the items with their range are listed at the bottom of every page of this website.
